Appointments missed with less than 24 hours notice are considered forfeit. If something comes up and you are unable to make a confirmed appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

Rescheduling is always encouraged, however if you do choose to cancel rather than reschedule, I will provide a full refund as long as I receive notice a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the confirmed booking time.

Appointments are confirmed on receipt of payment. Payment is required in advance.

If you have a particular question or area of life that you would like to focus on during a consultation, please include this information in the ‘Notes’ section at the time of booking, or contact me via email up to 24 hours prior to a session.

In the event that I am unable to keep your scheduled appointment, I will endeavour to re-book you as soon as possible, or if you prefer, provide a full refund.
