The starting point for any astrological consultation is your birth chart (also referred to as your natal chart). The birth chart provides a snapshot of how the sun, moon, and planets were positioned in the sky above you at the exact moment of your birth, and to calculate this accurately I will need to know your date, time, and place of birth.

All consultations offered use the birth chart in some way so your birth information is a pre-requisite for booking.

I work with clients from all over the world, so the majority of consults take place over Zoom. I offer the option to record all consults which are emailed to the client after the session finishes. You will also receive a copy of the relevant chart (i.e. birth, transit or solar return) to follow along with.

If you are located in or around Geraldton, Western Australia, I offer the option of an in-person consult. If you are interested in this option, please advise at the time of booking.

I understand that sometimes things come up, and am happy to reschedule a consult with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. If you need to reschedule, you can let me know by email at star.story.astrology@gmail.com, or you can re-book via our online booking system, Calendly. I am always happy to work with you to find a suitable time to rebook.

If you would like to cancel your session entirely, I will offer a full refund if I receive notice of cancellation a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. No refunds are offered when cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

I offer a limited amount of bookings, and pre-payment reserves your spot and gives me confidence that you will show up! Additionally, as I work with clients from all over the world, it is very difficult to chase people up for payment afterwards – I would prefer to spend my time deepening my knowledge of astrology.

Astrology is remarkably precise, and in some cases a span of 15-20 minutes could significantly impact the composition of your birth chart. Given this, at this stage I only offer consultations with a known birth time.

If you have no way of finding your birth time out, there is the option of undertaking what is called a ‘rectification chart’, where an astrologer will work with you to narrow down a birth time based on significant events that have occurred in your life. I don’t offer this service currently, but may do so in the future – please check back later.
